Who we are
This policy explains how The Long Game ((A BELLO CONSULTORIA E PROJETOS LTDA, BRAZIL)) handles the personal data you send us through this website. We are the controller of this data.
What we collect
Only the data you send us through the website's forms, such as your name, email, organisation and message, plus the language you browse in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. Videos on this site only load YouTube content when you click to play; from that point on, YouTube's policy applies.
How we use it
We use your data to reply to your enquiries and to send communications you have asked to receive, such as news about courses, events, content and services from The Long Game. Email communications always require your confirmation and include the option to unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, when you sign up to receive communications, and on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries you initiate.
Third-party tools
We use hosting, email delivery and list management services that process data only on our instructions. Some of these services may store data outside the European Economic Area and Brazil, always with the safeguards required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for, or until you ask for it to be deleted or unsubscribe.
